In evaluating the current market trends, sustainability initiatives and competition in the secondhand and alteration clothing marketplace, our team identified a gap in the industry. While competitors are further driving the sustainability efforts of secondhand shopping, our team recognized the lack of customization and size inclusivity within the secondhand clothing space. ReWorn is a specialized secondhand clothing marketplace, where consumers can customize the fit and style of current garments in their closet. Rather than searching for a new product to fit their needs, a customer has the opportunity to keep the part of a piece they love, while altering and updating a garment into something new for them to continue loving.

In ReWorn’s mission to keep fashion creative, circular and inclusive, our brand functions as a made to order online retailer. While ReWorn keeps a collection of secondhand garments and deadstock fabric on hand, consumers are encouraged to give their favorite clothes new life through our redesign process. A consumer sends in a product, and in working closely with our designers and accessible online aids, come up with a design to altar and customize a pre worn clothing item. Once the designers are complete, the piece is shipped back to the customer to love once again.
